Free Pre-Qualification Letter
It is important to know how much you qualify for before beginning your home search. Our ability to quickly and efficiently go through a prequalification analysis for you will not only provide you the information you need to start your search with confidence, but will allow us to strategically execute a plan to map out a winning strategy for you upfront.
Free Lender Pre-Approval Letter
A Pre-Approval Letter from a direct lender is the strongest possible evidence of a homebuyer’s ability to obtain a mortgage. Upon completing your online application, your Loan Officer will provide you with a list of income and asset documentation to submit through a secure website portal. Upon review and approval by our in-house underwriting department, your Loan Officer will issue a Lender Pre-Approval Letter to attach to your offers. Completing this process upfront significantly strengthens your offers. It also allows us to close your loan in as few as 14 days from your contract date, giving you added bargaining power!
